After checking with Hometrust bank that serves the Asheville and Hendersonville North Carolina Real Estate market I found that the interest rates are still low in the 30 year fixed rate loan. This morning they quoted 5% with 1 discount point assuming a 740 credit score. The higher credit scores have tightened up the market considerably, but we still have 2 weeks to qualify for the $8000. or $6500. tax credit. Spring has come to Asheville we'd love to see you hear.
